Solution
1. Check that the induction hob has been
installed in compliance with the installation
instructions.
2. Do not keep flammable items in the drawer.
1. Check that the device is correctly connected
to the electricity supply. Make sure that it has
been installed correctly by calling an authorised
installation technician or a qualified electrician
in order to resolve the issue.
2. Make sure that the malfunction isn't being
caused by the fuse. Reset the circuit breaker/
RCD (residual current device) or replace the
fuse.
3. Contact an authorised assistance centre.
If the above suggestions do not resolve the issue,
we recommend that you request a visit from an
assistance technician.
1. Ensure that the residual current device is
sufficient for the power to be absorbed. Check
with a qualified electrician whether you are
using the right residual current device and
whether the hob is connected to a separate
group of fuses.
2. Make sure the device is properly connected
to the electricity supply. Check that it has been
installed properly by contacting an authorised
installation technician.
3. Contact an authorised assistance centre.
If the above suggestions do not resolve the issue,
we recommend that you book an appointment
with a qualified technician.
