Use Proper Pan Size — Select
utensils having flat bottoms large enou-
gh to cover the surface unit heating ele-
ment.
Proper Pan Size will also im-
prove efficiency.
After use, switch off the hob
element by its control and do not rely
on the pan detector.
Glazed Cooking Utensils —
Only certain types of glass, glass/ce-
ramic, ceramic, earthenware, or other
glazed utensils are suitable for ran ge-
top service without breaking due to the
sudden change in temperature.
Do Not Cook on Broken Co-
ok-Top — If cook-top should break,
cleaning solutions and spill overs may
penetrate the broken cook-top and cre-
ate a risk of electric shock. Contact a
qualified technician immediately.
Do not use induction cooker
converter adapters.
Clean Cook-Top With CAU-
TION — If a wet sponge or cloth is used
to wipe spills on hot cooking area, be
careful to avoid steam burn. Some cle-
aners can produce noxious fumes if ap-
plied to a hot surface.
If the malfunction light/error
codes goes on, or if the audible signal
sounds, appliance is malfunctioning.

Turn off or disconnect appliance from
power supply and check error code and
troubleshooting.
Do not place metallic objects
such as knives, forks, spoons, lids, cans
or aluminium foil on the cooktop.
To
prevent
accidents
and
achieve optimal ventilation, allow for
sufficient space around the cooking
area.
The appliance is manufactured
in compliance with the relevant effecti-
ve safety standard. Nevertheless, we
strongly recommend that a person with
physically or mentally impaired, do not
use the appliance unless accompanied
by a qualified person. The same recom-
mendation applies to children.
It is important to be aware that
the unit's surface will remain hot for a
short period of time after use.
Allow to cool before perfor-
ming any maintenance or repairs.
Do not store items of interest to
children in cabinets above the cooktop.
Children climbing on the cooktop to re-
ach items could get seriously injured.
The power cord has been sized
accordingly, however, with CAUTION
and care, an extension cord may be in-
stalled by a qualified technician.

tion of flammable materials, and spilla-
ge due to unintentional contact with co-
okware, the cookware handles should
be turned inward and not extend over
adjacent heating surface.
Do not use steam cleaners or
