Assembly
See the illustrations at the back of this
manual.
Step 1
Attach the handle (A) to the outside of the lid
(E) and the lid holder (C) to the inside of the
lid using 2 screws (V) and 2 nuts (W).
Step 2
Attach the handles (B) on each side of the
kettle (D) using 2 screws (V), 2 washers (U)
and 2 nuts (W) for each.
Step 3
Insert each of the two short legs (H) into
a cup (J) and secure them to the kettle (D)
using 1 bolt (P) and 1 washer (U) each inside
the kettle. The short legs should be on each
side of one of the handles (B). Do not tighten
the bolts fully.
Insert each of the two long legs (I) into a cup
(J) and secure them to the kettle (D) using
1 bolt (P) and 1 washer (U) each inside the
kettle. The long legs should be on each side
of the other handle (B). Do not tighten the
bolts fully.
Step 4
Turn the barbecue upside down so that the
legs (H, I) point upwards and the short legs
(H) are closest to you.
Hold the wire shelf (M) so that the threads
are closest to you and the bent ends point
upwards. Insert the bent ends into the holes
on the long legs (I). Tilt the short legs slightly
outwards and insert the threads into the
holes on the short legs. It may be necessary
to rotate the legs in the cups to get the holes
to line up.
Step 5
Place the wheels (L) on the wire shelf's (M)
thread and secure them using 1 washer
(R) and 1 nut (S) on each side. It may be
necessary to push the legs inwards to be able
to screw the nuts on the threads.
Lift the barbecue so that it stands on its legs
and wheels.
Step 6
Screw the air vent (N) securely to the lid (E)
using 1 bolt (Q) and 1 nut (T).
Step 7
Screw the air vent (O) securely to the kettle
(D) using 1 bolt (Q) and 1 nut (T).
Step 8
Place the charcoal rack (G) and barbecue rack
(F) in the kettle (D) and put the lid (E) on.
Insert the ash box openings onto the
barbecue legs and turn so it is securely in
place.
The barbecue is now assembled and ready
