C) Reposition the head spacer and the head on the casing.
D) Fasten the header tightening the M12x220 screws.
For the values of the torques and tightening sequences follow
the instructions contained in chapter 3.

Piston spacer disassembly (SWS71)
The piston spacer does not require any routine maintenance.
Maintenance is limited to visual checks only.
Proceed as follows to extract:
A) After having removed the head and the head spacer, free
the spacer as indicated in Fig. 31.
B) Check and verify their wear conditions, replace if
necessary.

Piston spacer reassembly (SWS71)
A) Fit the spacer (Fig. 32) and tighten on the piston guide rod.
In the event that replacement is being carried out
with the wiper already assembled, lubricate the
bush and take care, during insertion, not to damage
the wiper seal lip.
For the tightening torques, follow the instructions in chapter 3.
