9.2 Normal operation
• Generating pressure: Pressure lower
than switch-on pressure, compressor gen-
erates pressure.
• No-load operation: Pressure greater
than switch-off
switches to no-load operation, delay time
is displayed.
• Setpoint pressure reached: Delay time
elapsed and pressure not lower than
switch-on pressure,
switched off.
For variant AM x-10 E1 y DK z:
9.3 With compressed air cold dryer
see Figs. 2a, 2b
1. Fold up safety bar (SB).
2. Push slide (S) slowly inwards so that
compressed air is slowly applied to the
compressed air cold dryer.

9.5 AM x-10 E1 180 (DX z)
Standard operation using both vessels:
• All ball valves (ball valves 1 to 4, items 25
to 28) are open.
• Ball valves at condensate drainage point 1
(item 10) and condensate drainage point 2
(item 11) are open.
• Ball valve at condensate drainage point 3
(item 12) is closed, only opened to drain
condensate.
Operation using vessel 1 only:
• Ball valve 1 (item 25) and ball valve 4
(item 26) are open.
• Ball valve 2 (item 27) and ball valve 3
(item 28) are closed.
