REAR CASTER FOOT, AXLE AND WHEEL
ASSEMBLY Continued (Fig. 4 & Fig. 5)
4. Locate the Axle (I) and one Cap Nut (J). Place the Cap
Nut on one end of the Axle and tap gently with hammer
until fully seated.
TIP: Use a 5/8" Socket to securely hold the Cap Nut
while hammering the Axle.
5. Slide a Wheel (K) onto the Axle (I) making sure the
smooth side of the Wheel faces the Cap Nut (J).
6. Slide the open end of the Axle through the Axle Slot in
one of the Rear Axle Feet w/Storage and continue until
the Axle (I) open end extends through the other Rear
Axle Foot w/Storage Slot.
7. Reposition the Dust Drum so the already assembled
Wheel is against the floor.
8. Install the second Wheel onto the Axle making sure the
smooth side of the Wheel faces upward.
9. Using a hammer, gently tap the remaining Cap Nut (J)
onto the open end of the Axle (I).

10. Turn the Dust Drum (B) with Rear Axle Feet w/Storage
and Wheel Assembly upright.
11. Using a mallet or hammer gently tap the Wheel Caps (L)
into the Wheel Recesses.

ACCESSORY CADDY ASSEMBLY (Fig. 6)
1. Place the Two Tabs on the bottom edge of the
Accessory Caddy (M) into the Two Bottom Slots on
the rear of the Dust Drum (B).
2. Pivot the top of the Accessory Caddy (M) upward
until the Two Locking Tabs engage the Upper Drum
Slots.
3. Press in on the top edge of the Accessory Caddy
(M) until it snaps into place. Check that the Locking
Tabs are securely locked by pulling outward on the
Accessory Caddy.
