Assembling the shock absorber

Info
After approx. half the oil capacity has been filled,
screw in the screw cover of the outside fork tube,
unclamp the fork and bounce a number of times so
that the cartridge fills with oil. Then add the remai-
ning amount.

Clamp the fork leg.
Clamping stand (T612S)

Grease the O-ring of the screw cap.

Final steps

Install the fork legs (see repair manual).

Install the front fender (see Owner's Manual/repair manual).

Remove the load from the rear of the vehicle.

Remove the motorcycle from the work stand at the rear (see
