LEAK-PROOF LID - The cover consists of two parts, the filler cap and the leakproof
lid. The cover is self-sealing, and is made of material which is resistant to absorption of
odors and stains. The filler cap is removable for use as a measuring cup and provides an
opening for the addition of other ingredients.
GLASS JAR RESISTANT TO BOILING INGREDIENTS* - The 5-cup glass jar is
graduated for easy measurement and is molded of heat and cold resistant material.
Before you use the product for the first time, separate the lid, jar lid feeder cap, and blade
from the jar. Wash in warm, soapy water, or top rack in the dishwasher. Rinse and dry
well.
