FUNCTION AND PURPOSE
This unit is intended to contact-grill foods in commercial
foodservice operations only. It is not intended for household,
industrial, or laboratory use.
This sandwich grill is a medium-duty appliance capable of a
wide variety of applications. The temperature is thermostatically
controlled to a range between 125 °F (52 °C) — 575 °F
(300 °C) for single and dual models and 125 °F (52 °C) — 500 °F
(260 °C) for the super-size model. A Ready Light adjacent to the
Thermostat Control Dial indicates when the plates have reached
the set temperature.
