7. USING THE COMPUTER
Button functions:
MODE:
Press the MODE button to select from among the various functions.
The following functions are available: TIME (time trained), COUNT
(number of strokes), TOTAL COUNT (total number of strokes), CALORIE
(approx. calorie consumption), and SCAN (cycle through all functions).
Repeatedly press the MODE button until ▼ points at the desired function
on the display. When ▼ flashes next to the desired function, press the
MODE button once more. ▼ then remains lit. You can now set your
training goals (SET button) or start training with the selected function (ST/
STOP button).
SET:
Press the SET button to set your training goal for the functions TIME (time
trained), COUNT (number of strokes), and CALORIE (approx. calorie
consumption).
RESET:
Press the RESET button to reset a value to 0.
ST/STOP:
Press the ST/STOP button to start or stop a function.
