2. LA CHIUSURA A SCORREVOLI
La parte superiore può essere chiusa per ragioni di igiene durante il servizio, proteggendo dalla polvere e
dagli insetti con i due scorrevoli. . Appoggiare la guida per gli scorrevoli sul bordo della vasca. .Inserire
lo scorrevole più basso nella guida interna del binario,sul bordo del ripiano di servizio. . Inserire l'altro
scorrevole nella guida esterna. . Fare scorrere le due ante della chiusura fino a fine corsa,mantenendo le
due tacche alle estremità (vedi Fig. 2).
