MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

Keep the machine in top condition by following the maintenance schedule closely. Maintenance intervals given are for average operating
conditions. Machines used in severe environments may require service more often.
Check for engine and coolant leaks (LP & Diesel only)
Check/Clean/Rinse the vacuum motor foam fi lter and screen, under lid (6)
Check the electrolyte level in the battery (battery models)
Inspect and drain any oil buildup from the LP fuel system EPR
Inspect complete air intake system (LP & Diesel only)
Check battery electrolyte level & terminals (LP & Diesel only)

Perform the "After Use" maintenance steps
Charge battery (battery models)
Check parking brake
Check engine oil (LP & Diesel only)
Check engine coolant level (LP & Diesel only)
Check air fi lter service indicator
Clean main and side brooms
Check and clean the brushes
Drain / Check / Clean Tanks & Hoses
Clean recovery tank Debris Basket (51)
Check / Clean / Adjust the squeegee
Clean the hopper
Clean / Inspect scrub deck side skirts
Check hydraulic oil level
Purge Detergent System (EcoFlex only)
MAINTENANCE ITEM
Check the battery cables and connections
Rotate main broom
Inspect and clean solution fi lter
Rotate the scrub brushes
Inspect/adjust main and side brooms
Clean the DustGuard system spray nozzles
Inspect broom housing skirts
Check / Clean Hopper Dust Control Filter
Inspect hopper seals
Purge Detergent System (EcoFlex only)
Clean radiator
Perform engine maintenance
Replace fuel fi lter (LP & Diesel only)
Change the spark plugs (LP only)
Flush the radiator
