Fuel requirements
• The equipment has an air-cooled 4-stroke engine that
uses diesel as fuel.
• Do not mix oil with fuel for any reason.
• Do not use fuels blended with ethyl
WARNING
alcohol (gasohol), ethanol or methane for any reason, as
they can attract moisture, which causes separation and
formation of acids during storage. Acidity can damage the
engine's fuel system when in storage.
• In order not to have problems with the engine, the fuel
system must be emptied before storing the equipment
for periods of 30 days or more. Drain the fuel tank by
removing the nut (H) and placing a suitable fuel
container. Start the engine and let it run until the rest of
the fuel is used up and the engine shuts off by itself. The
following season, use fresh fuel.
• Never use inside the fuel tank, products to clean engines or
injectors as it can cause permanent damage.
