The TR 600T can be ease transported to the

workplace, where you want to deposit the
shredded material, being suspended by the
hydraulic system of the tractor.
The assembly of the shredder in the tractor

must be carried out by the structure of 3 fixing
points of the equipment for a safety work,
according to the indication of the image on
the side.
Check the indication of load capacity when

suspending the TR 600T in the hydraulic
system of the tractor, check the weight of the
machine on page 39.
To avoid cardan axle overload, a minimum wear

of 1/3 of its length is necessary. The axle shall be
secured according to manufacturer standards.
The recommended inclination of the cardan shaft

in work is a maximum of 15°, adjust the angle
of inclination by regulating the hydraulic system
of the tractor. If the model of the tractor allows
and the angle is compatible, keep the TR 600T
supported on the ground during work to obtain
the best access to the feeding funnel. If the height
of the machine is uncomfortable to feed the due
to the inclination, place the tractor on a terrain
with elevations to facilitate access to the feeding
funnel of the TR 600T and keep the equipment
based on the ground.
Notes:
When suspending the TR 600T with the

hydraulic system of the tractor, check the
maximum permitted inclination of the
cardan shaft mounted on the machine
and on the tractor PTO. Exceeding the
inclination can damage the equipment and
cause excessive vibration in the shredder in
operation.
To carry out maneuvers with the TR 600T

mounted on the tractor, disconnect the
cardan shaft from the equipment. When
placing the equipment in the ideal place
of work, reassemble the cardan shaft and
check the inclination of the cardan shaft.
Before mounting the cardan shaft follow the
recommendations below:
Remove the cardan shaft from the packaging and

separate the male and female connector.
To obtain the measurement to cut the cardan

shaft, assemble the equipment on the 3 tractor
tips, align the tractor PTO shafts and the PTO
shaft of the machine and check the distance
measurement between the shaft ends.
The measurement found between the shafts of

the PTO must be divided into 1.3. The value of
this division will indicate measure A, mark the
cardan shaft with measure A and cut off the
surplus, as indicated in the image (Fig. 3).

In the marked position, cut off the male and

female gimbal with a saw blade with steel
cutting blade with 24 teeth or cutting disc, using
protective equipment.
After completing the total cut, mark the

plastic protection of the male and female
gimbal and remove 3 centimeters only from
the plastic protection, cutting with a saw,
leaving the cardan shaft with the tip exposed,
as indicated in the image (Fig. 3).
After performing the cutting procedure,

remove the burr from the cut parts, discard
the cut material, support the machine that is
attached to the tractor on the ground, so you
will have space for mounting the cardan shaft.
Secure protection retention chains. The ideal

operation condition is obtained with the
chain placed radial to transmission. Adjust the
length of chains to allow transmission to be
articulated under any working, transportation
and maneuvering condition. Make sure chains
do not entangle around the transmission due
to excessive length.
Before starting work, check the rotation of

the PTO, the rotation should not be greater
than 540 rpm, check the inclination and if
the machine is resting on the ground to avoid
damage to the shredder and cause loss of
warranty.
