Maintenance information regarding the side door sill covers
Always provide the customer with the following information when returning the vehicle to them after
having adhered the side door sill covers.
Do not drive the vehicle through a car wash within 48 hours of adhering the side door sill covers.
Wash the side door sill covers with standard, mild soapy water. Do not use abrasive
cleaning agents or chemical solvents under any circumstances. Do not clean the side
door sill covers with a dirty cloth or a scourer.
Please note: The side door sill covers are just a decorative addition to the
equipment specification. They are NOT designed to be stood on when getting
into (or out of) the vehicle.
The component with order no. 5E3 071 303 is located on a surface which, for technical reasons, is inaccessi-
ble after fitting. Please retain these instructions for the entire service life of this product.
