Before you contact a service professional, read this list. It may save you costs and time. This list includes

Solution
Check the fuses and your home
electrical circuit
Check the wiring. This step must be
carried out by a qualified electrician
Replace the batteries in the controller
or check their polarity
Check that electricity is connected to
the fan
Tighten the screws sensitively
Tighten all screws
