SADDLE CLAMP ASSEMBLY
Saddle assembly
1 - Place the lower saddle bracket (31) on the
seatpost (23).
2 - Place your saddle on the bracket (31), then slide
the upper bracket (33) in from the side.
3 - Insert the two round threaded inserts (32,35).
4 - Tighten the screw (34) to suit the desired saddle
angle, place the washer under the screw head (30),
then grease and tighten the screw (30) to a torque
of 8 Nm.
IMPORTANT : Please note the minimum
seatpost insertion in the frame, as indicated on
the seatpost.
SEATPOST ASSEMBLY
The frame is supplied with a special internal
seatpost clamp to secure the seatpost in the
frame.
Assembly steps
1 - Degrease the inside of the seat tube and the
contact surface of the internal seatpost clamp.
2 - Degrease the seatpost and insert it into the seat
tube.
3 - Insert the internal seatpost clamp.
4 - Grease the screw (25) and tighten to a torque
of 7 Nm.
5 - Press the screw head cover (24) onto the screw
(25).
IMPORTANT : Please note the minimum
seatpost insertion in the frame, as indicated on
the seatpost.
