∙ Wipe the grill plate with kitchen paper.
∙ Do not immerse the grill plate in water.
∙ To remove persistent food residues,
clean the surface of the grill plate
with a soft, damp sponge and a little
washing-up liquid. If necessary, allow
encrustations to moisten and soak.
Allow the grill plate to dry thoroughly.
Ensure the grill plate is perfectly dry
before resuming grill operation.
∙ For electrical safety reasons, the main
unit with connecting cable must not
be treated with liquids or immersed in
them. If necessary, use a slightly damp
cloth for cleaning. Wipe thoroughly dry
afterwards.
∙ Clean the draft shield and the fat
collection tray in the warm rinse water.
∙ The draft shield is also dishwasher safe.
∙ All other parts are not dishwasher-safe.
