Under certain conditions, such as during prolonged braking, the brake discs and calipers can reach high temperatures. Let them cool for a few minutes
before handling them (to remove a wheel, for example).
The brake adjustment should be checked regularly. When replacing the friction components of the braking system (brake pads, brake pads), the use of
original parts guarantees the maintenance of the performance and safety of your bike.
Braking performance decreases over time, so it is necessary to regularly check your brakes and replace them if necessary (lining < 1mm). A break-in
time is required once the new pads are installed. To do this, brake slightly while driving for a few minutes. Be careful to protect the brake discs and pads
before servicing your chain. Otherwise oil can get on the discs and pads and reduce braking performance. If oil has been in contact with the pads, change
them immediately before using the bicycle.
Electrical components (battery, motor, display, controller, charger) may be hot after using the bike. Warning, in extreme situations of use (for example:
driving at low speed with a significant drop or driving with a heavy load) the motor can reach high temperatures which can lead to the risk of burns.
OFF
All cleaning, electrical or mechanical maintenance operations must imperatively be carried out with the power off.
Remove the battery if it is removable.
The maintenance operations specific to the electrification of the bicycle must be carried out by a qualified and trained mechanic.
If the chain derails, disconnect the power supply before any intervention.
The kickstand does not guarantee the stability of the bicycle if it is used on unstable or sloping ground.
Be sure to use it on stable, level ground.
The luggage rack is designed for a maximum load of 27 kg. Compatible with a baby seat.
Do not leave your child in the baby seat or on the luggage rack when the bike is parked on its stand.
This bike is compatible with the installation of a baby carrier.
A child seat can be mounted on a bicycle if the saddle springs are protected (to prevent the child's fingers from being trapped).
Refer to the instructions of your baby carrier to proceed the assembly, as well as the maximum loads supported by it.
Adding a bar end is possible on this bike. For the assembly and the tightening torques of the aerodynamic extensions, refer to the manufacturer's instructions. Attaching a trailer is not recommended on this bike.
