Use a multimeter to test the impedance of the offgrid
output. If it is small, check whether the wiring is correct.

Check whether the BMS communication connection
between the battery and the inverter is normal.

Grid side meter lose
1.
Check whether the system configuration parameters are
correct and whether the meter is used on the grid side
2. Check whether the communication cable of the grid meter
is connected correctly (RS485: 3A6B).
3. Check whether the communication configuration
parameters of the grid meter is correct (communication
address and baud rate).
4. If the fault can't be cleared, please contact the service
center for further check.
PV inverter side meter lose

1. Check whether the system configuration parameters are
correct and whether the meter is used at the PV inverter
side
•
2. Check whether the communication configuration
parameters of the meter of PV inverter side is correct
(communication address and baud rate). (RS485: 3A6B).
