Insert two WOOD DOWELS (1) into the TOP (C).

Fasten the UPRIGHT (E) to the TOP (C). Use two 2" FLAT
HEAD SCREWS (11).

NOTE: You should start each SCREW a few turns before
completely tightening any of them.

NOTE: Be sure the WOOD DOWELS in the TOP insert
into the UPRIGHT.
