To turn on the scale, place your container on it or press briefly on the scale's platform. The screen displays all symbols,
followed by 0g.
Place your ingredients in the container or on the scale's platform. The screen displays the weight.
Press the TARE button. The display shows 0g.
You can now add more ingredients.
Press the TARE button again each time you want to add a new ingredient, to return the scale to 0.
