2.9 Troubleshooting
Errors
Error warning Cause
E2 Room temperature sensor error.
E4 Surface temperature sensor error.
E5, E6 Hardware malfunction detected.
Other problems
Problem Cause
The IHC is not operating. The IHC is not powered on.
The IHC is in standby or frost protection mode.
The set target temperature is below the current
room temperature.
The radiator is not
The set maximum surface temperature is too low
heating.
and limits the output power.
Power Failure
After a power outage, the IHC restarts and reapplied the last selected heating mode with associated target temperature.
If the IHC was in timer mode before power outage, the IHC restarts in the heating mode which was active before the timer mode.

Remedial action
Reset the IHC. If error occurs again, contact
customer service.

Ensure the IHC is properly connected to the
power supply and turned on.If the device is
still not working contact customer service.
Switch to eco, comfort or timer mode.
Incerase the target temperature.
Increase the maximum surafce tempearture
according section 3.6.
If the above points do not solve the problem,
reset the device and check again. Otherwise
contact customer service.
