3.4 Select heating mode
By pressing the mode button, you can cycle through the different heating modes.
3.5 Standby mode
Press and hold the standby button on the RCE for 2s to put
the RCE and the connected IHC into standby mode.
In standby mode all heating functionalities are turned off. Selecting the standby mode is indicated acoustically by two beeps on IHC.
Exiting the standby mode is indicated acoustically by one beep on IHC.
During standby mode, pressing the plus, minus or mode button on RCE has no effect (except turning display back on).
(Except turns display back on).

Press and hold the standby button on the RCE for 2s to exit
the standby mode. The RCE and IHC switch back to the last
selected heating mode.
3.6 Select room temperature
The desired room temperature for comfort and eco mode can be set in 0.5°C steps by pressing the plus or minus button.
Please note that the eco mode room temperature cannot be higher than the set comfort mode room temperature -1°C.
Selectable room temperature ranges
Comfort mode: 7-28°C (21°C default) | Eco mode: 7-19°C (16°C default) | Frost protection mode: 7°C (fixed)
3.7 Timer mode
As an alternative to the heating mode selection according to section 4.4, the timer mode can also be started via quick access.
To do this, turn on display by briefly pressing any button and then press and hold the plus button for 2 seconds.
The desired duration can be set by pressing the plus or minus button.
Selectable timer durations
The duration can be set in +/- 5min steps from 0min to 95min | The duration can be set in +/- 1h steps from 2h to 4h
The default timer duration is set to 60min
