1. Place the combined circular saw on a firm, level
workbench;
2. Fix the base by tightening the bolts, washers and nuts in
the mounting holes of the base.
1. Insert the extension wings (8) into the holes;
2. Tighten the bolts.
1. Insert the support pin into the hole and tighten the fixing
bolt;
2. Place the clamp (18) on the support pin and tighten the
bolt.
The clamp can be mounted at both ends of the fence
(1).
1. Press the retaining spring and place the collection bag
(2) in the dust and shavings outlet tube;
2. Release the spring and check that the collection bag is
securely in place.
Empty the collection bag regularly to avoid clogging.
You can use a vacuum cleaner to collect dust and
shavings generated. To do this, you should use a
35mm diameter hose.
1. Remove the bolt at the rear of the machine;
2. Place and tighten the bevel angle locking lever.
The miter gauge fence (6) is divided into two parts:
1. Remove one of the bar rubber ends;
2. Insert the scale in the bar through the slot;
3. Tighten the knobs on the scale;
4. Place the miter gauge on the circular saw table.
1. Set the machine into miter saw mode;
2. Remove the bolt securing the swinging blade guard (12),
see figure A;
3. Using the keys provided, hold the flange and unscrew
the blade fixing bolt;
4. Turn the swinging blade guard and remove the bolt, the
flange and the used blade;
5. Install the new blade and lower the guard;
Note the direction of rotation of the blade. The arrow
on the blade must match the arrow on the saw.
6. Fit the outer flange and tighten the bolt, using the
supplied key;
7. Tighten the bolt that holds the blade guard in place;
8. Carry out a test run at maximum speed to check the
correct installation of the blade.
Wear protective gloves when installing the blade.
