Preparations for the first flight
Figs. 27 - 29
Set the throttle stick to Idle (towards you), and move the throttle
trim back to its end-point. If you ignore this, the motor could not
start running.
Switch the transmitter on. The unit beeps, and the bars in the trim
display then start to cycle.
Connect the flight battery in the model. Do not move the model
or the transmitter sticks.
You will hear a second beep when the cycling of the trim displays
ceases, and the LED on the receiver lights up. The system and
the receiver are now ready for use.
