ASSEMBLY
Unpack all the parts.
1. Place the base unit (1) on the floor.
2. Insert the sliding tube (3) into the unit (1) and attach it with the bolt (15) pre-
assembled and Allen key (9). See Picture 2.
3. Line up the holes on the bent tube (16) with those on the U support (4) and attach
the parts with the bolt pin (5), washer (6) and nut (7) pre-assembled. Fix them with the
spanners (8) and (18) at the same time, as shown in Picture 3.
4. Insert the handlebars (14) into the unit and attach them using the handlebar lock
pins (10). There are five heights to choose from. See Picture 4.
5. Place the foam pads (17) on the foot support (2), as shown in Picture 6.
Product adjustment
Make adjustments to the product so you are as comfortable as possible when working
out.
Handlebar height:
Choose the desired height by inserting the handlebar lock pins (10) in the chosen holes.
Unit length:
1. Place the unit as shown in Picture 5.
2. Press the metal pin (11) with one hand and pull or push the adjustable base to the
desired length with the other.
Height of the foot support (2):
1. Pull out the foot support lock pin (13).
2. Raise or lower the foot support (2) to the desired height.
3. Line up the holes on the foot support (2) with those on the bent tube (16) and insert
the foot support lock pin (13) to attach the parts.
Product use:
Get on the unit. Hold the handlebars and place your feet on the foot support.
Do sit-ups while bending your knees.
We recommend doing series of 10 abs and then resting. As you practice, you'll notice
that the number of series of 10 abs you are able to do increases.

1:2013. The device is for personal indoor use only. It is not designed for commercial
use.
STORAGE:
To fold up and store the Gymform® Fast ABS, remove the handles (14) and fold up the
device, as shown in Picture 7.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
This device has no parts that can be repaired by the user. Contact a qualified specialist
about any servicing and repair.
The safety level of the device can only be maintained if its ropes, pulleys, connection
points, mounting sets, etc., are checked regularly for signs of wear or damage.
Replace defective, damaged or worn parts immediately. Do not use the device until it
has been repaired.
Replace worn parts only with spare parts recommended by the manufacturer.
Special attention should be paid to parts susceptible to wear and tear.
QUALITY WARRANTY
This product is covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects subject to the time
periods stipulated by the legislation in force in each country.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from inadequate use, negligent commercial
use, abnormal wear and tear, accidents or improper handling.
Australia & New Zealand only
This product has the benefit of certain Consumer Guarantees. These are prescribed by the
Australian Consumer Law & the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 both of which
provide protection for consumers. There is no express warranty for this product in Australia
