Details options
Add number, Edit number, and Delete number—Manage the phone numbers
for the contact. If a contact has several phone numbers, use Set as default to
set the default number.
Add detail—Add a text item such as an E-mail address. Use Edit detail to edit
existing details.
Add image—Associate an image from the gallery with the contact. The image
will be shown when you receive a call from the contact.
Edit name—Edit the name of the contact.
View—View the currently selected number, detail, or image.
Caller groups—Assign this contact to a caller group.
Change type—Change the type of the selected number or text item.
Send bus. card—Send contact information as a business card.
Contacts list settings
Select Menu > Contacts > Settings and one of the following:
Memory in use—Select whether the contacts are saved in SIM card or Phone. Note
that when you change the SIM card, SIM card memory is automatically selected.
If you want to search for names and phone numbers in both memories, select Phone
and SIM. In this case, the names and numbers are saved in the phone memory.
Contacts view—Select how the names, numbers, and images are displayed in
the contacts list. For example, select Name and image to view the names with
the attached images.
Memory status—Check available free memory in each contact memory.
• Settings
In this menu you can select various phone settings. To reset menu
settings to their default values, select Restore factory settings.
Profiles
Use profiles to customize the phone for different events and environments.
Select Menu > Settings > Profiles, a profile, and OK.

To activate the selected profile, select Activate. You can also select Timed
to activate the profile for a certain amount of time. When this time expires,
the previous profile that was not timed, becomes active.

To change the settings of the profile, select Personalize. With Profile name
you can rename the selected profile; the Normal profile cannot be renamed.
Select Light sequences to activate the display and keypad lights for certain
functions. See "Light alerts" on page 11.
The other profile personalization settings are as described in "Tone settings"
on page 26.
