Digital rights management
Your phone supports a digital rights management (DRM) system to protect content
that you have acquired to the phone. Content, such as a ringing tone, can be
protected and associated with certain usage rules (for example, the number of
usage times and a usage period). The rules are defined in the activation key that can
be delivered with the content or separately, depending on the service provider. You
may be able to update these activation keys. Always check the delivery terms of any
content and activation key before acquiring them, as they may be subject to a fee.
Copyright protections may prevent some images, ringing tones, and other content
from being copied, modified, transferred, or forwarded.
• Organizer
Alarm clock
You can set the phone to alarm at the desired time. The alarm clock works even
if you close the phone.
Select Menu > Organizer > Alarm clock.

To set an alarm, select Alarm time, key in the alarm time, and select OK.

To change the alarm time, select On.

To set a tone for the alarm, select Alarm tone and the desired tone.
When the alarm time expires, the phone will sound an alert tone, flash Alarm!, and
display the current time. Select Stop to stop the alarm. If you let the phone alarm
for a minute or select Snooze, the alarm stops for about 10 minutes and resumes.
If the alarm time is reached while the device is switched off, the device switches
itself on and starts sounding the alarm tone. If you select Stop, the device asks
whether you want to activate the device for calls. Select No to switch off the
device or Yes to make and receive calls.
Note: Do not select Yes if you are in an location where wireless phone
use may cause interference or danger.
Calendar
The calendar uses shared memory. See "Shared memory" on page 7.
Select Menu > Organizer > Calendar. The month view is shown. You can scroll
through the days, weeks, and months. To quickly open the calendar, scroll right
in the standby mode.
Calendar views
Month view—Shows the weeks of a month. The current day is indicated by a frame
around it. If there are notes for the day, the day is shown in bold. To view the notes
set for a day (day view), scroll to the desired day, and select Options > View day.
