IDRAULICO
Nei circuiti aperti (ad esempio
quando si utilizza acqua di pozzo),
l'acqua utilizzata deve essere ripu-
lita dai materiali in sospensione
per mezzo di un fi ltro che deve
trovarsi in ingresso (altrimenti c'è il
rischio di erosione da particelle in
sospensione). È inoltre necessario
assicurarsi che l'unità sia protetta
da polvere e altre sostanze che pro-
vocano una reazione acida o alca-
lina quando combinate con l'acqua
(corrosione dell'alluminio).
È fondamentale un'installazione
corretta che preveda anche l'isola-
mento delle tubazione dell'aria con
materiale isolante anticondensa in
corrispondenza dei collegamenti
delle tubazioni del fl uido.
Fluido
termovettore
Il fl uido termovettore è costituito da
acqua o da una soluzione di acqua
e glicole.
La temperatura del fl uido deve es-
sere compresa tra 6 e 80 °C e non
deve mai superare tali limiti.
Pressione massima di esercizio:
1000 kPa (10 bar).
Usare sempre chiave e controchia-
ve per l'allacciamento della batteria
alle tubazioni.
Prevedere sempre una valvola di
intercettazione del fl usso idraulico.

CONNECTIONS
On open system (e.g. when using
well water), the water used should
be cleaned from suspended matter
by means of a fi lter which should be
located in the inlet. Otherwise there
is a risk of erosion due to suspen-
ded matter. You must also ensure
that the unit is protected from dust
and other substances that cause
an acid or alkali reaction when
combined with water (aluminum
corrosion).
Correct installation is essential,
which includes the insulation of the
air pipes with anti-condensation
insulating material around the fl uid
pipe connections.
Heating
and cooling fl uid
The heating or cooling fl uid must
be water or a water/glycol mixture.
The fl uid temperature must be
between 6 and 80 °C and must
never be outside this range.
Maximum working pressure:
1000 kPa (10 bars).
Always use two spanners to connect
the heat exchanger to the pipes.
Always fi t a gate valve in the water
circuit.
