OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Wheel Guard Installation
WARNING
direct the guard opening toward your body.
To attach the wheel guard, disconnect the tool from the power source.
1. Open the guard latch and position the wheel guard on the spindle neck so that the two lugs
on the guard line up with the two notches on the spindle neck (Fig. 2).

2. Rotate wheel guard into the desired working position (Fig. 3).
3. Close the guard latch to secure the guard (Fig. 4).

To remove wheel guard, disconnect the tool from power source.
1. Open the guard latch and rotate the wheel guard clockwise until the lugs on the guard
match the notches on the spindle neck.
2. Lift the wheel guard off the tool.
Use the wheel guard with disc grinding wheels. Always close the latch to
secure the guard. Keep the guard between you and the wheel. Do not
