General machine maintenance plan:
Visual inspection of all equipment
Check crankcase and engine oil level
Check that the fuel hose is cracked or leaking
Check fuel level
Check and retighten screws
Check the belts
Check and clean air filter, if necessary
Check and change blades, if necessary
Lubricate the
blade fixing
arm, bearing seat
and clutch
Clean and check spark plug
Grease all grease points
Remove, clean, reinstall and lubricate the
blade fixing arm
and bearing seat
Remove, clean and reinstall the clutch
Check and replace the arm bushings and
shaft seals, if necessary
Check throttle cable wear
Adjusting the speed of the blades
