11.2. Warranty provisions
We guarantee the perfect workmanship and function of the delivered slab roller and grant a 36-month warranty from
the invoice date.
The following are excluded from the warranty:
•
Use with non-optimised/optimal clay bodies
•
Damage caused by the customer.
• Damage due to improper transportation.
•
Damage caused by foreign objects.
•
Damage due to non-observance of safety, maintenance and cleaning instructions.
Any liability on the part of the manufacturer for improper handling and the resulting damage is excluded.
11.3. Warranty claims

Inform your local specialist before costs arise. After consulting the manufacturer, your local specialist

will decide what to do next.
In the event of a complaint, please provide the following information:

the type or name of the machine

the date of purchase on the invoice

the year of manufacture (see nameplate on the machine)
