Problem
The ingredients are fried
irregularly in the Fryer.
Fried snacks are not
crispy when they come
out of the Fryer.

Cause
Certain types of in-
gredients should be
shaken halfway through
the prepara-tion time.
You prepared a type of
snacks that are in-tended
for prepara-tion in
traditional deep fryers.
The basket base has too
many ingredients.
You are preparing greasy
ingredients.
The basket base still
contains grease resi-dues
from previous use.
You did not properly
soak the potato chips
before frying them.

Ingredients that overlap
(for example french
fries) need to be shaken
halfway through the
preparation time. (see
"Usage" section).
Use oven-baked
products or brush them
with a little oil for a
crispier result.
Do not exceed the MAX
indication of the basket
base.
When frying fatty
ingredients in the Fryer,
a large amount of oil will
accumulate in the con-
tainer. The oil produces
white smoke and the
container heats up more
than usual. This does not
affect the device or the
final result.
White smoke is caused
by heating the fat in the
basket base. Be sure to
clean the bowl properly
after each use.
Soak the potato chips
in a bowl for at least 30
minutes, remove them
and dry them with kitch-
en paper.
