Die Drehspindel schmieren und in Pfeitrichtung in die Lasereinheit drehen.
Apply grease to the drive shaft and mount it to the optical pickup as shown in fig.10.

Die Lasereinheit auf das Kunststoffiihrungsteil schieben und die Drehspindel in die Spindel-
halterung einsetzen (siehe Section A+B). Die andere Seite der Drehspindel mit dem Metallhalter
fixieren und die Schraube (1) festziehen.
Nach der Montage von Drehspindel und Lasereinheit ist zu Uberpriifen, ob die Lasereinheit sich
leicht bewegen lABt und ob die Drehspindel sich leicht dreht.
Fit the optical pickup into the plastic guiding (see section A) and insert the drive shaft in the
shaft angle (see section B). Fit the drive shaft in the groove of the shaft angle and mount the
metal holder. Fix it with the screw (I).
After mounting, make sure that the drive shaft can turn and move smoothly.
Nach dem alle mechanischen Teile montiert wurden, kann die Servo-Platine wieder eingesetzt
werden. Die Stecker CN4, 5, und 6 werden aufgesteckt und die Platine mit den vier Schrauben (H)
festgeschraubt. Danach die Folienkabel in die Steckerwannen CN1 und CN7 stecken und den
Spindelmotor anléten.
After having installed all mechanical parts, the servo c.b.a. can be inserted. The connector CN4, 5
and 6 are pinned up and the c.b.a. can be screwed down with the four scews (H). Insert the foil
cables in the connectors CN1 and CN7 and solder the spindle motor.
