Note the following during installation:
Only tighten plastic components

hand-tight.
Adhesive and welding connections

are the responsibility of the customer.
Hose clamps are not included in the

scope of delivery (only relevant for
Sigma/ 1).

Electrical installation - motor
Note the following during installation:
Note the correct direction of rotation indicated by the
„
arrow on the fan cover when connecting the motor.
Use an electrical isolating device in the mains supply
„
cable, such as a mains switch, to de-energise the
pump independently of the entire installation (e.g. for
repairs).
Only connect the motor to the power supply using a
„
suitable cable. Information on this can be found in the
motor's terminal box.
Note the technical data for the motor (referring to the
„
nameplate on the motor).
Provide a separate power supply for the external fan
„
for motors with external fans (identity code specifica-
tion "R").
Refer to the operating instructions for the pump
and the motor manufacturer's instructions for more
detailed information on the electrical connections.
