Troubleshooting
You can solve the problems you may encounter with your product by checking the following points be-
fore calling for service.
PROBLEM
The oven does not work.
The oven stops during
cooking.
It switches off during coo-
king.
The outer surface of the
oven becomes very hot
during operation.
The oven door does not
open properly.
The internal light is dim or
does not work.
Electric shock when tou-
ching the oven.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
No power supply.
The plug is unplugged.
Operation too long. The fan
does not work. The oven is not
installed in a place with good
ventilation. More than one
plug in one socket.
The oven is not installed in a
place with good ventilation.
Remains of food stuck be-
tween door and internal
cavity.
Foreign object covering the
lamp during cooking.
The lamp may be defective.
No proper earth connection.
An ungrounded socket is used.

SOLUTION
Check the power supply.
Reinsert the plug back into the socket.
Allow the oven to cool down after long
cooking cycles.
Listen for the sound of the cooling fan.
Observe the distances indicated in the
instruction manual.
Use only one plug for each socket.
Be sure to respect the distances indica-
ted in the instruction manual.
Clean the oven thoroughly and try to
open the door again.
Clean the internal surface of the oven
and check it again.
Replace with a lamp with the same tech-
nical characteristics.
Make sure that the socket is correctly
earthed.
