Make sure that your smartphone mobile data are disabled to
improve the linking process.
Check if the robot vacuum cleaner is in Sleep mode and change
mode. This option can be found on the general settings of the
robot vacuum cleaner and allows you to define time slots in
which the robot will not perform the scheduled cleaning tasks
when in Sleep mode.
Ensure proper connection of the robot vacuum cleaner to the
Wi-Fi: you will not be able to carry out scheduled cleaning
without connection and with a low battery.
The robot vacuum cleaner will map and calculate a new route
after running in Spot cleaning mode or after changing its
starting position.
If the charging base is very far away from the robot vacuum
cleaner, it will not be able to charge back automatically.
Manually move the robot vacuum cleaner to the charging base.
Make sure the robot vacuum cleaner is not in Sleep mode, as it
will not resume cleaning in this mode.
It will not resume cleaning when it is manually placed on the
charging base.
Make sure the robot vacuum cleaner is successfully connected
to a 2.4 GHz network and always in areas with good Wi-Fi
signal.
