Troubleshooting the Naída CI Q30
If no sound is heard or the red LED is flashing once per second on the Naída CI Q30 processor
LED when the headpiece is in place over the implant, try the following troubleshooting steps:

Visually inspect the cable for any damage or breakage and verify it is firmly attached to
the headpiece and sound processor.

Remove any materials (hat, scarf, headband, etc.) that may be covering the microphone.

Unaided listeners may perform a listening check of the microphones as described in the
Listening to the Microphone and Auxiliary Input
