INTENDED USE
Use the parallel milling guide 6901 for the following applications:
– for attachment to wolfcraft machine tables art. no. 6900, 6902,
6906, 6907 and 6918. Only these wolfcraft machine tables may be
used as stationary routing tables.
– for use as a parallel guide for routing work with safety shield and
dust extractor connected and switched on.
– for easily machinable workpieces with maximum dimensions of
600 mm x 400 mm x 65 mm.
Observe the manufacturer's general instructions and the safety information
for the machines used, as well as the safety information for the machine
table.
FORESEEABLE MISUSE
Any use other than that described in the chapter on intended use is con-
sidered reasonably foreseeable misuse, e.g.:
– use on machine tables other than those specified above
– use with other electronic devices (angle grinders, plunge saws, recip-
rocating saws, etc.)
– use of battery-operated machines
– use of machines with electronic start-up protection; observe the op-
erating instructions of the machine manufacturer
The manufacturer does not accept any liability for property damage or per-
sonal injury resulting from reasonably foreseeable misuse or from failure to
observe the operating instructions.
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The parallel milling guide is suitable for use with a router and the specified
machine tables from wolfcraft for machining workpieces.
SCOPE OF DELIVERY
Take the parallel milling guide out of the cardboard box and check that the
contents are complete and all illustrated parts are included (Fig. 1).

OPERATION
ROUTING (MASTER CUT 2000/2500/2600,
ART. NO. 6900/6902/6918)
Insert the gap insert for routers into the machine plate (Fig. 2.2).
Select a suitable router insert and insert it into the machine plate (Fig. 2.3).
Align the router on the machine plate in such a way that the router bit runs
in the centre of the router insert bore and then mount the router (Fig. 2.4 to
Fig. 2.6).
– Option A: For routers with a flat base plate, the fastening materials
from the MASTER cut can be used to fix the router in position on the
machine plate (Fig. 2.7, see A).
– Option B: For routers with a high base plate, the additional materi-
als from accessory bag 119906901 can be used in addition to the
fastening materials from the MASTER cut to fix the router in position
on the machine plate (Fig. 2.8, see B).
For the Master cut 2000 and Master cut 2500, insert the machine
plate with mounted router into the table and then snap it into place
(art. no. 6900, Fig. 2.9 to Fig. 2.10 and art. no. 6902, Fig. 2.11 and
Fig. 2.12).

For the Master cut 2600, insert the machine plate with mounted
router into the table and screw it into place (art. no. 6918, Fig. 2.13
and Fig. 2.14).
– Some routers have specific fastenings.
Adjust the cutting depth of your router. Follow the work instructions con-
tained in the relevant manual (Fig. 2.15).
Loosely mount the two handle screws with the elongated nuts on the paral-
lel milling guide (Fig. 2.16).
Insert the nuts with the handle screws into the slotted holes on the machine
table and slide the parallel milling guide towards the gap insert in the direc-
tion of the router bit. Set the desired clearance from the router bit and
tighten both handle screws (Fig. 2.17).
Loosen the four handle screws on the two sliding stops. Adjust the sliding
stops such that the clearance from the router bit is no more than 3 mm.
Tighten the handle screws (Fig. 2.18).
Mount the two spring holders and fasten them to the parallel milling guide
by applying slight contact pressure to the workpiece (Fig. 2.19 and
Fig. 2.20).
– The spring holders are used to ensure safer workpiece guidance and
minimize workpiece kickback.
Connect the dust extractor to the parallel milling guide and use it when
routing (Fig. 2.21).
Attach the switch clamp to the switch on the router and insert the con-
nector plug in the safety switch.
Always carry out trial routing first. You may need to adjust the
parallel milling guide further.
ROUTING (MASTER CUT 1500, ART. NO. 6906)
Select a suitable router insert and insert it into the machine plate (Fig. 3.2).
Remove the Allen key and open the machine plate (Fig. 3.3 to Fig. 3.6).
Align the router on the machine plate in such a way that the router bit runs
in the centre of the router insert bore (Fig. 3.7) and then mount the router
(Fig. 3.7 to Fig. 3.10).
Swivel the machine plate with mounted router and allow it to snap into
place (Fig. 3.11).
Re-insert the Allen key to lock the machine plate (Fig. 3.12).
Adjust the cutting depth of your router. Follow the work instructions con-
tained in the relevant manual (Fig. 3.13).
Loosely mount the two handle screws with the elongated nuts on the paral-
lel milling guide (Fig. 3.14).
Insert the nuts with the handle screws into the slotted holes on the machine
table and slide the parallel milling guide towards the gap insert in the direc-
tion of the router bit. Set the desired clearance from the router bit and
