Repairs
If the housing or power supply unit are damaged, a repair is not possible. You may not continue using the affected part and must dispose of the weather station or the transmitter.
Ordering spare parts
When ordering spare parts, or in the course of troubleshooting according to the item "Troubleshooting", we require the following information:

Do not repair the pool cleaner yourself! If you use unsuitable parts for the repair, the risk of an electrical short circuit can increase greatly. Some problems may be caused by minor faults
that you can fix yourself. To do this, follow the instructions below according to the problem in question.
