Safe working
• Themaximumspeedstatedonthetool
must not be exceeded. If indicated, the
speed range must be complied with.
• Circularsawbladeswithcracksin
themmustbetakenoutofservice(re-
pairisnotpermitted).
• Toolswithvisiblecracksmustnotbe
used.
• Toolsmustbecleanedregularly.
• Toolpartsmadeoflightmetalalloys,
e.g. resin, may only be cleaned with
solventsthatdonotimpairthemechani-
cal properties of these materials.
• Toolsandtoolbodiesmustbetightened
in such a way that they cannot become
loose during operation. Please note the
information on assembly.

Tightentheclampingscrewholdingthe

enclosed hex key.
• Extendingaspannerortighteningwith
the help of hammer blows is not permit-
ted.
• Thetighteningsurfacesonthesaw
blademustbecleanedtoremoveany
dirt, grease, oil and water.
• Use original spare parts from the manu-
facturer to ensure safe use, see the sec-
tion"Spareparts/accessories".
• Maintenanceworkandmodifications
to circular saw blades should only be
performed by a professional, i.e. a per-
son with specialist training and experi-
ence who is familiar with the design
requirements and the necessary safety
steps.
Cleaning
• Removeanydirt,suchasresin,from
thesawbladeusingonlysolventsthat
do not impair the mechanical proper-
ties of the saw blade.
• Trytocleanresinoussurfaceswitha
damp, lukewarm cloth that has been
wrungoutwell.Makesurethatno
liquids can get into the interior of the
housing!
Alternatively,youcanuseaspecial
cleaner(resinsolvent)ormultispray.
Please take notice of the safety informa-
tionandinstructionsprovidedbythe
manufacturerofthespecialcleaner/
multispray.
Maintenance
• Checkthesawbladeforobviousde-
fects after each use and replace a blunt
or bent blade or one which has been
damaged in some other way.
