MAINTENANCE
Attention! Before carrying out any inspection or maintenance work, disconnect the mains plug from
the mains socket. Regularly check your machine before starting work. Make sure that all nuts, bolts and
screws are properly tightened and that guards are securely mounted. All damaged and worn parts must
be replaced to keep the vacuum blower in safe working condition.
Never leave material in the hoover or waste collection bag. This could be dangerous when starting the
vacuum blower. After using the vacuum blower the vacuum blower must be thoroughly cleaned. Make
sure that the vacuum blower is switched off and disconnected from the mains. Remove and empty the
waste collection bag.
Ensure that the vacuum/blow selection lever that the vacuum/blow selection lever operates smoothly and
is not obstructed by dirt around the blower and inside the suction/blow tube. Always keep the ventilation
slots in the motor housing clean.
Never clean or spray the machine with water. Clean the motor housing only with a damp cloth and never
use detergents or solvents. These could ruin the plastic parts of the machine's plastic. Finally, dry the
motor housing carefully.
Store the appliance in a dry place out of the reach of children. If the power cord needs to be replaced,
this should be done by the manufacturer or his agent to avoid a safety risk.
