One touch dialing buttones and Directory
This feature allows you to instantly identify calls from people who
you call often. If you receive a call from a phone number stored in
one of the one-touch dialing buttons (see page 18), that button will
flash. The ringer sound will also change to a higher tone.
@ Before using the memory match function
Store phone numbers in the one-touch dialing buttons and write
down the names of the numbers you have stored on the directory
(see pages 18 and 19).
@ When you receive a call from a number
stored in memory
¢ The ringer sound will change to a higher tone from the second
ring. This lets you know without looking at the display that the
call is from someone who you call often.
¢ While the phone is ringing, the one-touch dialing button which
matches the caller's phone number will flash. By looking at the
name written on the directory beside the button, you can easily
tell who the call is from, instead of by the phone number on the
display.
