2. Lock the handlebar stem (2) on the main frame (1) using the hexagon socket screw (18),
spring washer (28) and plain washer (34).
Step 4 (Fig. 5)
1. Fix the oscillating bars (5L/R) with the balance shaft and the handlebar stem (2), using
the curved washer (37), hexagonal screw (17), spring washer (28) and plain washer (32).
Do not tighten them yet.
2. Fit the pedals bar (9L/R) into the bearing (7L/R) with the screw (17), spring washer (28)
and plain washer (31).
3. Connect the pedals bar (9L/R) and the oscillating bar (5L/R) with the screw (21), plain
washer (34), separator (42) and nylon nut (40). Tighten the screw (17) and the screw (21).
4. Secure the pedal (56) firmly to the pedals bar (9L/R) with the screw (22).
Step 5 (Fig. 6)
Secure the handlebar (6L/R) to the oscillating bar (5L/R) with the hexagon socket screw (18),
spring washer (28) and wave washer (36).
Step 6 (Fig. 7)
Place your hand on B and lift the left bearing (7L), then fix the closing plug (29) on the left

Secure the protective cover (59a/b) on the oscillating bars (5L/R) with the screw (24).

4. Secure the protective cover (60a/b) on the oscillating bars (5L/R) and the pedals bar
(9L/R) with the screw (26).
5. Fix the protective cover (61) on the bearings (7L/R) with the screw (23).
Step 7 (Fig. 8)
1. Connect the pulse cable (44) and the extension lead (79) to the paired console cables
(76). Then, secure the console (76) to the handlebar stem (2) with the Phillips screw (77).
Place the console cover (75a/b) on the handlebar stem (2), then, secure it with the screw

3. Secure the storage compartment (57) to the handlebar stem (2) with the screw (24).
Folding the machine (Fig. 9)
1. Pull out the safety pin (48), lift the left guide (3L) as shown by the arrow, use the other
hand to lift the left bearing (7L), until the safety pin (48) clicks into the hole automatically.
Finally, screw the screw (15) into the left bearing (7L).
To fold the right guide (3R), follow the previous step in the same way.

Unfolding the machine (Fig. 10)
1. Pull out the safety pin (48) and unscrew the screw (15) attached to the left bearing (7L).
Hold the left bearing (7L) and use the other hand to lower the left guide (3L) as shown by
the arrow, until the safety pin (48) engages with the hole.
2. Proceed in the same way to unfold the right guide (3R).
4. OPERATION
Console modes
- Shutdown mode. When the console is switched off.
- Active mode. When the console is on and no motion is detected. Active mode is accessed
by pressing the console or by turning the knob when the console is off. Allows you to set
target values for time, calorie, and distance records.
- Motion mode. Accessed when in active mode, a movement is detected or the console is
pressed. It does not matter whether training targets have been set previously or not. If a
target value has been set for any data, the display will show how far short of the target the
target is. If no target has been set, the display acts as a counter.
Console buttons
- Push button. The whole console is a push button (Fig. 11). If you press down you can see
how it scrolls. It has several functions:
1. Switch from shutdown mode to active mode with one press.
2. When the distance, time and calorie targets have been set, one press switches to Motion
Mode. If you do not want to adjust the values, you can also switch to motion mode by
pressing once.
3. In motion mode, one press on the console is used to deactivate the SCAN function and fix
the data shown on the display. Each press changes the data shown on the display.
4. If the console is pressed for more than 2 seconds, it exits motion mode and enters active
mode. If pressed and held for 2 seconds in active mode, the target values last set are
deleted.
Knob. The knob can be rotated to the left and right without limit. Functions:
