We offer a limited warranty for this product against any defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of
purchase by the end user/consumer.
The warranty conditions are as follows:
The guarantee will only be valid with the presentation of the purchase invoice linked to the serial number of the equipment. The date of
purchase must also appear.
The guarantee does not cover defects due to misuse, incorrect installation, modification or manipulation of the product.
We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse or incorrect use of the equipment.
The warranty is limited to the repair of defective components.
In the event that the product is repaired or replaced, the warranty period will remain valid for the remaining period.
The tension is not correct.
Use of an inappropriate extension cord.
Part to be welded dirty with dust, rust or oil. Clean the part.
The ground clamp connection fails.
The equipment is in TIG mode
