Error cause
- Numberer 2: Step larger or
equal to 10, but numberer
of the imprint has one digit
- Chipcard inserted into the
Chipcard reader incorrectly
or Chipcard is invalid
- No REINER-Chipcard
- Key number of the Chipcard
does not match the device
setting
- Chipcard data not plausible - Possible reading error,
- Chipcard has an imprint
number above 0
- Device software is in an
undefined condition
Remedy
- Press [OK], then set the
step to less than 10 in the
menu
- Insert Chipcard correctly or
use valid Chipcard
- Use REINER-Chipcard
- Correct key number of the
Chipcard or change the
presetting
insert Chipcard again,
Chipcard may be defective
- Have imprint number 0
written on Chipcard
- Restart device software
by operation of the reset
