Troubleshooting
Failure
All fumes cannot
be collected.
The horn sounds

Possible cause
The distance of the exhaust nozzle
from the welding point is too large.
The clean air vent is covered.
The suction power is too low, the
throttling valve in the exhaust nozzle
is closed.
The filtration cartridge (109 0476)
is saturated.
The filtration cartridge (109 0476)
is damaged.
Clogged suction filter (motor
temperature too high)
No voltage.
The maximum filling capacity of the
dust collection filter has been reached
The Start/Stop sensor is connected,
however, it does not recognize the
current (no welding under process
yet)

Corrective actions
Slide the exhaust
nozzle closer.
Uncover the clean air
vent.
Fully open the control
valve in the exhaust
nozzle.
Replace the filter
cartridge.

Replace the filter

Allow the device to cool
off and/or replace the
suction filter.
Call an electrician.
Replace the dust
collection tank
Start the welding
process.
