CARE
This is an appliance that operates with
hot air. Do not fill the fryer basket with oil,
frying fat, or any other liquid.
Do not place anything on top of the
appliance. This interferes with the airflow
and affects its operation.
Do not touch hot surfaces.
This appliance is intended for household
use only.
Do not touch the basket or grill during and
for some time after use, as they become
very hot.
The basket will be hot after the cooking
process. Always place it on a heat-resistant
surface when removing it from the
appliance.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the appliance after each use. Unplug
the power cord and always wait for the
fryer to cool down before proceeding with
cleaning.
IMPORTANT: Do not immerse the
appliance, power cord, or plug in any
liquid.
Remove the basket to allow the fryer to
cool down more quickly.
The basket and grill have a non-stick
coating. Do not use metal kitchen utensils
or abrasive cleaning materials to clean
them, as this can damage the non-stick
coating.
Do not use any abrasive materials or sharp
utensils to clean the fryer or any of its
parts.
Allow all parts and surfaces to dry
completely before using the appliance
again.
Wash the basket and grill with hot water, a
little liquid detergent, and a non-abrasive
sponge. You can use a degreasing liquid to
remove any remaining dirt.
Tip: If there are food residues stuck on the
grill or basket, soak the basket in hot soapy
water for about 1 hour. Wash and dry.
Clean the interior of the appliance with
warm water and a non-abrasive sponge.
Clean thoroughly to remove any crumbs or
residue.
Clean the heating elements with a cleaning
brush to remove any food residue.
Clean the exterior with a damp cloth and
sponge, then wipe with a soft dry cloth.
The grill and basket can be washed in the
dishwasher.
Never place the basket in the fryer without
