OPERATION
WARNING - Do not leave the appliance
unattended while it is operating, so that
you can intervene quickly in case of any
danger.
Before the first use
Remove all packaging materials.
Remove all stickers or labels from the
appliance, except for the appliance's
nameplate.
Wash the basket and grill with hot water, a
little liquid detergent, and a non-abrasive
sponge.
Clean the interior and exterior of the
appliance with a damp cloth.
When using the fryer for the first time,
you may notice smoke or a slight odor in
the first few minutes of cooking. This is
normal. Make sure the environment is
well-ventilated.
Overheating protection
When the temperature is above 300
°C, the fryer will stop working, and the
display will show "E4". The ventilation will
continue to operate for at least 30 seconds
to cool the fryer.
Preparation
Place the appliance on a stable, level, and
heat-resistant surface.
Leave at least 50 mm of space around the
appliance.
Have oven gloves (or a kitchen towel) at
hand, use heat-resistant plastic tongs, and
a heat-resistant mat or dish to support the
basket.
To remove the basket from the body, hold
the top of the body.
Grab the basket handle with your hand
and slide the basket out of the body.
Place the basket on a heat-resistant mat.
To remove the grill from the basket, use
the holes in the grill to remove it with your
hands; wait for the grill and basket to cool
down.
Slide the basket into the fryer until it locks
in place. The appliance will not work unless
the basket is properly placed.
Do not fill the basket with oil or any other
liquid.
Never place the grill in the basket without
the rubber supports, as this may damage
the non-stick coating of the parts.
NOTE: When a program ends, if the
interior temperature of the fryer is above
100 °C, the ventilation will continue to
operate for at least 20 seconds.
